Check-In & Welcome Bags

3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Arrive at Kalahari, check into your rooms, and pick up your family reunion welcome packet in the Villa.

Meet & Greet Mixer

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Ny um ba Villa. Light appetizers provided. Ice breakers, family tree display, and photo booth? (Need volunteers to work the bar).

8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Break fast together at the Villa. (The Villa has two complete kitchens. Looking for some folk with Skills to join the food committee)

At the Villa. Teams or solo play welcome! Brush up on your family trivia. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
