Hello, Worshippers!  It has been a long time coming, but SMYH 2010 is finally upon us!  I am so excited and honored to be hosting the conference again.  I am looking forward to seeing familiar faces and a LOT of new faces. The SMYH Worshippers' conference was birthed through a cleansing "process" that I still find myself in. What the Spirt of the Lord has allowed me to realize is that whatever things we face in life, how we deal with them is always connected to a "condition" of our hearts.....good, bad, or ugly.  God simply wants us to have a heart more like His, yet how can we do this unless we are willing to show it to Him that He may reveal to us what's like Him and what's not, and then go through the "process" (Psalm 51) of becoming TRUE WORSHIPPERS.  Isn't that our ultimate goal......TRUE WORSHIP? (John 4:23-24)

 

I am looking forward to being refreshed and revived for service!  Sometimes, we get so familiar and complacent with where we are and it is just easy to stay there.  But God is doing a new thing!  He will not put new wine into old skins.  Put it this way......I don't care how close, loving, and familiar you are with someone, if you don't do some things to keep it fresh and alive, it just grows stale and cold. But the God I serve, is neither cold nor stale!  He's always got something new and exciting to show me, and it would be simply foolishness to allow "issues" of my heart to get in the way!

 

Come on!  Let's open up our hearts!  Get ready for the REFRESHING!  See you soon!
